CARE

PASTORAL CARE

Parishioners seeking pastoral visits are welcomed and encouraged to contact the pastors or church office.

STEPHEN MINISTRY

Stephen Ministers are lay congregation members trained to provide one-to-one care for those experiencing a difficult time in life, such as grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, or relocation.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTRY

Eucharistic Ministers are parishioners who take the consecrated elements of Holy Communion to the homebound one Sunday per month as a way of sharing the sacrament and extending our community of faith beyond the church building.

BEREAVEMENT MINISTRY

Multiple teams provide meals for families and deliver them to homes following a loved one’s death.

Mending Meals

The Mending Meals ministry provides homecooked meals for parishioners who are returning home from a hospital stay or recuperating from an illness. Connections and TOY (Thinking of You) provide simple gestures for parishioners “just because.”

The Daughters of the King (DOK) is a spiritual sisterhood of women dedicated to a lifelong program of prayer, service, and personal evangelism dedicated to the extension of Christ’s Kingdom and to the strengthening of the spiritual life of the congregation.

PRAYER PODS

Prayer Pods are a cluster of small congregational groups that meet regularly to lift in prayer the concerns and joys of the congregation.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Members of the Prayer Shawl Ministry share their handiwork and talents to make prayer shawls for comfort and chrisms for baptisms.
